The company attaches great importance to the training and introduction of scientific research talents, continuously improving and promoting the industrialization of enterprise scientific research achievements. In the past three years, a total of 2 high-end technology talents have been introduced, and 2 professional and technical personnel have been trained. Currently, there are 39 various types of technology personnel (including 1 master's degree, 21 undergraduate students, 1 senior engineer, and 2 engineers), accounting for 20.31% of the total number of employees.
